Think Blue MassachusettsThink Blue MA

With assistance from the Massachusetts Statewide Municipal Stormwater Coalition and competitive State funding, the Town of Charlton has committed to taking part in the Think Blue Massachusetts Statewide Stormwater public awareness and education program.

Pollution from stormwater runoff is the number one source of water pollution in Massachusetts. The Think Blue campaign supports Massachusetts Nonpoint Source (NPS) Management Program Plan 2014 to 2019 recommended action to “develop educational programs and materials that inform citizens about the causes and effects of NPS, and alert them to land use decisions that residents can make to protect and enhance water quality within our community and the Commonwealth.
