Mission Statement

The Charlton Treasurer’s Office is committed to achieving a high standard of service to the Charlton community, its citizens and all municipal employees.

We support municipal departments in delivery of services to the public and support the municipal employees through administration of many human resource functions.

For prospective employees seeking copy of IRS form W-4 or Homeland Security I-9, see forms on the right hand side of this page. All employment forms are contained in packages available in the Treasurer’s Office. The forms must be completed and signed prior to beginning work for the Town of Charlton. Please be prepared to provide original documentation such as passport, driver’s license, Social Security card, birth certificate, and others as required and listed on the Homeland Security I-9 form.

For prospective vendors seeking copy of W-9, see forms on the right hand side of this page. Vendor’s providing services to the Town of Charlton in addition to the W-9 must provide proof of insurance coverage in the form of a Certificate of Coverage. No invoice will be processed without the proper documentation.
