Meetings: An informal group called the Earth Day Festival Planning Group has formed to plan and assist with the Earth Day Festival. Meetings will be posted her as scheduled and are open to anyone interested in volunteering or sharing ideas for Earth Day. Next Meeting: Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at 7pm in the Charlton Senior Center. Areas of Responsibility: The Earth Day Committee is responsible for planning Charlton's Earth Day each spring. 2010 Earth Day Activities: 8am - 11am Earth Day Cleanup - pick up bags/gloves/supplies at the Senior Center. This year we will also give out wildflower seeds to spread along the roadsides as we clean! 11am - 3pm Earth Day Festival Charlton's second annual Earth Fest will include: Live music from the local band High Octane Earth-friendly merchants and organizations Raffles Food Games Family oriented activities Bring 10 plastic water bottles for a FREE reusable bottle!
