Farm Animal Registration Form
The Board of Health has approved a new registration form for residents that house farm animals which is free of charge. This registration is to assist the Animal Inspector with keeping records of all farm animals in town. It will also enable the Animal Inspector to contact the owner in the event of an emergency. It is a one page form that asks for little but very helpful information. There is no fee for this registration.
You may obtain the Farm Animal Registration Form from the Board of Health or download the Farm Animal Registration Form.
